How to Set Up Care Services with Lion Rock

You can get started with Lion Rock in just three simple steps. Whether you’re looking for a Home Care Package or exploring other support options, we’re here to help. All clients are welcome.

Step 1
Speak with one of our Care Experts to discuss your needs. We’ll help you understand what services are available and check if you’re eligible for any government-funded programs, such as Home Care Packages or other aged care and disability supports. Our Care Experts will also arrange your sign-up documents for you to complete online.

Step 2
Once your sign-up is complete, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Care Manager. They will work with you to create a personalised Care Plan and develop a suitable budget for your support services.

Step 3
Your Care Manager will continue to support you every step of the way—answering your questions, coordinating services, and helping you make the most of your care. We also offer innovative technology to help you manage your services easily and stay informed.
